孙乙心，山东工商学院保险学学士、北京航空航天大学软件工程硕士、韩国培材大学计算机工程博士，研究方向包括企业数字化转型、信息系统治理、智能决策系统、中小企业数字化平台与业务流程优化等。长期关注复杂组织场景下 ERP、OA、费控、资金系统等企业级信息系统的流程重构、规则建模与治理机制设计，曾参与中国石化、中国铁塔、欧瑞康、北斗星通等企业数字化与信息系统建设项目。

博士阶段参与韩国教育部区域创新战略项目与韩国科学和信息通信技术部相关科研项目，围绕中小企业数字化转型、ICT 应用机制、智能服务系统与信息平台构建开展研究。在SCI,EI等学术期刊发表论文多篇。持有 TOGAF、COBIT、PMP、CISA、ITIL等专业认证。
